Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for EPC projects, ensuring alignment with ADNOC standards and project requirements. This role involves close coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve timely project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules (including EPC phases: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to gather inputs for schedule updates.
  • Support project controls in cost, resources, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC planning procedures, guidelines, and reporting formats.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports to project management and ADNOC representatives.
