Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
8–12 years of Dubai experience, specifically in Roads & Infrastructure / RTA projects
Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and planning methodologies
Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and RTA reporting formats
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to interpret data, not just report it
Effective coordination and communication across multidisciplinary teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules for RTA infrastructure works
Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure alignment with planned timelines
Track progress, identify delays, and proactively flag risks
Prepare delay analysis, recovery plans, and time impact assessments
Ensure compliance with RTA reporting standards and project requirements
