Job Summary: The role involves leading project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. 1. Develop, Finalize and manage master schedules for complex and large-scale projects, ensuring integration and accuracy. 2. Conduct detailed schedule analysis, including delay impact assessments, scenario modeling, and mitigation strategies. 3. Prepare and submit all Weekly Monthly Client Reports, including Internal Management Reports 4. Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. 5. adhere to planning standards and procedures, ensuring all work aligns with organizational and project-specific requirements. 6. Conduct comprehensive delay analysis to identify causes, quantify impacts, and recommend viable solutions for schedule recovery. 7. Support cost control efforts by integrating cost information into project schedules and collaborating with cost control teams to ensure alignment with budgets. 8. Manage change control processes, including updating schedules in response to project scope changes and assessing their impact on project timelines.
