Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate contractors baseline schedules in line with contractual requirements and Parsons best practices.
 - Develop, manage, and maintain master project schedules integrating multiple work packages and their interdependencies.
 - Evaluate progress updates, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
 - Conduct what-if analyses to assess the impact of variations, design changes, or unforeseen events, and recommend mitigation strategies.
 - Prepare comprehensive progress and performance reports, including variance analyses, milestone tracking, and executive summaries.
 - Lead time impact and delay analyses using recognized methodologies such as time impact analysis and window analysis.
 - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to finalize programs, validate claims, and resolve scheduling issues.
 - Prepare, update, and manage project trackers and logs for design and construction stages to monitor key performance indicators.
 - Lead presentations for progress review meetings, providing clear communication on schedule performance, risks, and opportunities.
 - Issue formal delay notices, performance warnings, and schedule deviation reports to contractors when required.
 - Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with Parsons quality, reporting, and record-keeping standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Minimum 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for infrastructure or community development projects.
Proven track record working on large-scale projects involving utilities, roads, landscaping, and structural works in the GCC.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, dependencies, and interface coordination.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
