Prepare detailed Project Construction Schedule including cost, resources, milestones, procurement and authority connections to obtain consultant’s approval.

Prepare Project Mobilization Schedule / Check List in accordance with the steps out-lined in project mobilization procedures.

Prepare, review and approve the subcontractor’s program in line with the requirements of the baseline program and the contract.

Monitor the progress against the approved project construction schedule and alert the site management and the top management of any impediments that has the potential to jeopardize the milestone targets.

Prepare detailed monthly reports to the consultant including detailed status reports on progress, technical submissions, commercial aspects, progress photographs and HSE statistics.

Follow up closely the material deliveries for the project and ensure timely deliveries for on-time completion of the project and report findings in weekly internal progress meetings.
