The Senior Planning & Monitoring Engineer plays a vital role in managing and overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in budget. The Senior Planning & Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for creating comprehensive project plans that outline scope, resources, timelines, and budgetary needs. They will act as the main point of reference for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and mitigating any potential risks. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and monitoring.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex engineering projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is preferred.
