Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Conduct bid estimation reviews and provide technical input for assigned work scopes and campaigns.
• Manage all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning engineering, preparatory works, and planning inputs to HUC schedule preparation.
• Provide effective leadership and assistance to discipline Lead Commissioning Engineers, both onshore and offshore.
• Act as client focal point for all Pre-Com and Commissioning activities, serving as primary PID/POD interface.
• Prepare and review Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning procedures, readiness processes, and ITR assignments for project-tagged items.
• Verify Construction Completion Packages and coordinate takeover of completed sub-systems from Construction.
• Coordinate and execute all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities for facilities at onshore/offshore sites.
• Identify, schedule, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and specialist requirements, ensuring timely task completion.
• Interface with Yard, Production, Engineering, HU, QA/QC, and other departments, while managing labour, tools, consumables, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with HSE Plan, conduct training before mobilization, supervise Punch/Exception Lists, and clear punch list items.
• Identify spare parts and warranty requirements, support construction/site engineering, and attend IK meetings and Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Deliver pre-com procedures and project milestones within budget and schedule, achieving execution productivity of 1.0 or higher.
