Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Presentation Specialist / Presentation Designer to support our client with the creation of high-quality, client-ready presentations. The role involves translating complex information into clear, visually compelling, and well-structured decks for senior stakeholders. This is a 1-year contractual position, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and executive reports
- Structure raw content into clear storylines, key messages, and visually engaging narratives
- Create and enhance charts, graphs, infographics, and visual frameworks to support data-driven storytelling
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, formatting standards, and visual consistency
- Edit, format, proofread, and quality-check presentations to ensure accuracy and error-free delivery
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Implement feedback efficiently while managing multiple requests and tight deadlines
- Build presentations from scratch as well as enhance existing decks
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Presentation Specialist / Presentation Designer / Business Presentation Expert
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of business graphics, layouts, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working in consulting, corporate, financial, or professional services environments preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong quality-assurance skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating executive-level or client-facing presentations
- Exposure to data visualization tools or Excel-based charts
