Job Purpose:

• Provide support with Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities and functions, i.e. Client s onboarding, maintenance service requests, efficiently and accurately and in accordance with OPM and SOP s.

Key Result Area

• To process signature requests with adequate controls as per banks policy.
• To validate online Trade license and MOA of entity cases through Govt. authority s websites.
• To process cases with 99% accuracy. Nil Escalations.
• To review and validate original documents VS scan image.
• Make sure to meet SLA, KPI, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of Complaints or escalations.
• To ensure correct MI Reporting and timely update of SOP, RCSA test results.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationship.

• Centralized processing of Account opening, Maintenance, Signature Verification for all UAE and Doha branches.
• Strict compliance with Bank s policy and procedures.

Knowledge Skill and Experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of General Banking Activities and Online Banking Products and Services.
• Good Communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal, problem-solving communication, analytical.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Minimum Qualification is Graduation.
• Strong Computer knowledge along with MIS preparation and presentation skills.
