Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Procure civil and construction materials in line with project requirements

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors

• Obtain competitive quotations and prepare purchase orders

• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material delivery

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and procurement policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 10+ years of procurement experience in Residential Building Construction. Strong experience in sourcing, tender evaluation, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and procurement best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
