Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, balancing cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels and KPIs, facilitating continuous improvement through regular reviews and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant procurement experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing or retail sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation, demonstrating strong analytical and decision-making skills.
