Job Details :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a relevant industry.
Professional certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations, demonstrating tangible cost savings and quality improvements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with a strong understanding of e-procurement systems and data analytics.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead procurement initiatives with a strategic mindset.
Cultural awareness and adaptability, with proficiency in multiple languages considered an asset, particularly in global supply chains.
