Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user interface design, interaction design, and user research. You should be highly skilled in design thinking and passionate about solving complex design problems. Your ability to balance business needs with user empathy and design aesthetics will be critical in driving product success and creating meaningful experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation for digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines for consistency.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of the design process.
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve product designs.
• Collaborate on the storytelling and visual design of marketing materials as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product design or related role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into designs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
