We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery for digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with product goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot design problems and propose effective solutions.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Advocate for the end-user by promoting user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual design.
