Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Oracle ERP Functional & Technical team to manage the implementation, ongoing support, and training of Oracle modules from a functional perspective.
  • Gather and analyze CBUAE requirements for Oracle Finance solutions (GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA) and Projects module.
  • Experience in Oracle Hyperion, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Design and configure Oracle Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Document system configurations and processes.
  • Use Oracle Application Manager (OAM) and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Grid Control for proactive monitoring and notification of system status.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations.
  • Build standard Oracle EBS HRMS reports to meet specific business needs, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Configure and customize workflow processes to support HRMS business requirements and automate approval processes.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Oracle EBS HRMS and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience in integrating EBS with other systems using SOA, Web Services.
  • Configuring Oracle Apps in Cluster/High availability mode.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical competencies

  • Strong experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a focus on HRMS modules, including reports, OAF, workflow, and AME.
  • Strong experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a focus on HRMS modules, including reports, OAF, workflow, and AME.
  • Deep Expertise in Oracle Workflow Builder and Approval Management Engine (AME).
  • Develop Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) packages, shell, and Perl scripts for task automation.
  • Develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Oracle EBS application software installation and configuration, including high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Knowledge of the multi-node EBS environment to administer Concurrent Managers, Concurrent Programs, Request Sets, Request Groups, Workflows, and troubleshooting Workflow Mailer/Notification issues.
  • Good to have experience in Safety Reporting (OBIEE and Insight)
