Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and safety.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and incorporate feedback.
- Utilize advanced engineering software for modeling, analysis, and presentation of project designs.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to inform project planning and execution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management and execution.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera, to track project progress.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus for regional projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, adapting to varying work environments and conditions.
