Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Manage daily project execution and site activities in Abu Dhabi Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and productivity Review and follow up on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies Support project reporting, documentation, and handover activities Assist in testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of UAE experience in Construction, Fit-Out, and Facility Management
Strong experience with contracting companies (preferred) ADM license – preferred
Proven experience in commercial, residential, mixed-use, or interior fit-out projects
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi local authority requirements and site practices
Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera is an advantage
