Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (Facilities Management)

Job Overview

Responsible for managing and delivering facility-related projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects including planning, execution, and delivery

  • Develop project plans (scope, timelines, budget, resources)

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

  • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project execution

  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure quality delivery

  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities

  • Maintain project documentation and reporting

  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management

  • 5–7 years of experience in facilities or project management

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools

  • PMP certification preferred
