Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (Facilities Management)
Job Overview
Responsible for managing and delivering facility-related projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects including planning, execution, and delivery
Develop project plans (scope, timelines, budget, resources)
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
Oversee contractor performance and ensure quality delivery
Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management
5–7 years of experience in facilities or project management
Strong knowledge of project management tools
PMP certification preferred
