Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire FitOut project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to budget constraints and client specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to translate client visions into actionable project plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing status updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project momentum.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced expertise.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in FitOut project management, with a proven track record of successful project completions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is essential to demonstrate competency and commitment.
- Experience in commercial FitOut projects, particularly with large-scale clients, to ensure familiarity with complex requirements.
