The Senior Project Manager role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, including leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and mitigating risks. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives and deliver value to both the organization and its clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and ensure all project phases are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects from conception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and report on project status.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project setbacks.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members to aid in their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in a project management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficient in project management software, tools, and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate project risks efficiently.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members in a project management context.
