ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization s perspective.
To manage the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project or long-term project. Usually projects has a beginning and an end as well as specific deliverables. also manages the Profit & Loss of his projects by monitoring and controlling all aspects of the Projects to meet the objectives of the Department and Elm, also starts facing external clients and is responsible for proper communication and customer satisfaction , according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.

Key Activities
• Daily Operations
• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Project Management Department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Prepare reports of Real Estate Department / Section timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
• Communication and Coordination
• Follow up with Project Team work performance and external client.
• Generate Risks Register and maintain risks & issues.
• Support Assistant in PMO Adherence efforts, and assure Project is follow methodology.
• Support Assistant in making the project updated in Systems and with Form Approvals.
• Lead Project efforts and handover to operations.
• Handle internal stakeholders and clients.
• Negotiates Contract aspects, Review & Give Feedback and follow up with contract compliance.
• Communicate with internal Elm Departments to allocate needed resources.
• Direction of Subordinates
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Project Management activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
• Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates in order to ensure their continuous development.
• Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates/team members and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• Information Security
• Ensure the compliance with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and professional qualifications
• A Bachelor degree in IS, CS, CIS, MIS, or related field
• PMI Certified.
• Prince 2 / PMBOK Certification or closely associated Project qualification.
• PMP Certification.
• Certification of PACS Administration from ABII or PARCA.
Years and Nature of Experience
• 6 - 8 Years of relative work experience in related field.
