This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior MEP Manager to join our fast-growing Project Management Services, team delivering a major residential masterplan development in Dubai.

The role sits within a large-scale, multi-billion-dirham programme comprising multiple live construction packages, where you will support the wider PM team from an MEP perspective during the post-contract phase.

The position requires a technically strong and proactive MEP professional who is confident operating in a fast-paced, high-value project environment. You will take a leading role in monitoring progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, while driving the resolution of complex technical and delivery issues.

This role suits someone who combines strong MEP expertise with an assertive, collaborative approach capable of influencing stakeholders, maintaining momentum across multiple packages, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the MEP lead within the PMC team, supporting delivery across multiple live residential construction packages within a major masterplan development.
Oversee and monitor MEP progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Lead the review and assessment of contractor performance, ensuring alignment with programme, quality, and technical requirements.
Drive resolution of MEP technical, coordination, and site delivery issues in a timely and effective manner.
Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure coordinated and efficient MEP delivery.
Support the review of MEP design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Monitor MEP procurement and installation progress, identifying risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks.
Contribute to project reporting, providing clear updates on MEP progress, risks, and key issues to the PM team and senior stakeholders.
Support commissioning planning and execution, ensuring systems are tested, coordinated, and handed over in line with project requirements.
Maintain strong documentation and tracking of MEP-related issues, decisions, and progress across all packages.
Promote proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement across MEP delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management or MEP delivery roles, with a strong track record on large-scale building projects.

Proven experience on PMC / consultancy-side projects, preferably within complex residential masterplans or high-value developments.
Strong technical expertise across MEP systems, with the ability to assess engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
Experience working on large, multi-package developments within the UAE or similar regional construction markets.
Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and resolve complex MEP technical and coordination issues.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interface management, and commissioning processes.
Confident, proactive, and assertive approach, with the ability to influence contractors and stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in a client-facing environment.
Highly organised with strong reporting and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Training:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
MRICS (Project Management pathway) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
