Senior Projects Manager Omnium International Limited

Lead residential projects through all phases from concept design to construction and handover.

• Act as the Client s representative, managing consultants, contractors, and specialist stakeholders.
• Oversee design coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring compliance with the client brief and authority requirements.
• Manage construction stage delivery, monitoring contractor performance, progress, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Review and manage variations, claims, extension of time submissions, and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules in coordination with cost consultants, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Establish and manage project governance frameworks including reporting, risk, and change management processes.
• Liaise with Abu Dhabi authorities to secure required approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 7 years experience in project management within the built environment.
• Architectural background preferred.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 PMC or Lead Design Consultant is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering residential projects in the UAE.
• Demonstrated experience across both design and construction stages.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, contract administration, and consultant coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence and professionalism.
• UAE experience, particularly Abu Dhabi, preferred.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Qualifications & Training:

• Bachelor s degree in architecture (preferred), Engineering, or Project Management.
• Professional certification such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent is an advantage.
