Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover for high-rise, mid-rise, and commercial building projects.
  • Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, and construction methodologies.
  • Provide direction to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams.

Project & Portfolio Management

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of all ongoing projects.
  • Monitor progress, risk, cost, and performance metrics through regular project reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, local regulations, and company policies.

Technical & Engineering Oversight

  • Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and value-engineering proposals.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure engineering integrity across project sites.
  • Approve material selections, subcontractor scopes, and quality benchmarks.

  • Protect commercial interests through proactive claims management and contract administration.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and partners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Attend high-level meetings, progress reviews, and site inspections.

Quality, Health & Safety

  • Ensure all projects adhere to ISO, QHSE standards, and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence across all sites.
  • Implement continuous improvement and lessons-learned across the project portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15–20+ years of experience in civil building construction, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record delivering high-rise towers, residential communities, commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments in the UAE/GCC.
