Cluttons is currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant (Sales) to join their dynamic Dubai Residential Sales & Leasing team in Dubai. They will be required to actively negotiate and coordinate the sale of property through from enquiry to transfer, including winning exclusive instructions, marketing the property for sale, updating the CRM with enquiries and negotiating the property through to successful sale. Support on exclusive Cluttons projects is mandatory.
• To increase sales revenue of the department
• To progress the sale through NOC and transfer, ensuring that all parties are supported
• To work as part of our sales team to offer a seamless service on exclusive Cluttons projects
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management
• Full property sales process from instruction to transfer
• Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
• Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
• Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
• Abide by RICS business standards and code of ethics
• To perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard
• To maintain a high professional profile at all times
Essential qualifications
• Educated to at least High School/College level
• Mandarin Speaker only
• Minimum of 2-3 years in property sales experience within the UAE (commercial or residential)
• Proven track-record of self generated fee income
• Must be a UAE driver s license holder (own car preferred).
• RERA Broker card holder

• Confident in presentation delivery
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Fluent English speaking and written skills
• Bilingual skills a plus (Arabic, Chinese or Farsi advantageous)
