Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supplier performance.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on risk mitigation and supply chain resilience.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and identify new sourcing opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize value.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS, demonstrating professional expertise and commitment.
  • Demonstrates 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contract management.
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of procurement principles, best practices, and industry regulations.
