Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for steel fabrication projects.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, consumables, and services.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize purchases.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery as per project schedules.
- Maintain purchase records, contracts, and supplier performance data.
- Coordinate closely with production, project, and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Core Metal Industry LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities related to steel fabrication and associated materials. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials in line with production and project requirements.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Officer / Senior Purchase Officer in the steel fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication processes, and supplier markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
