Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement the QA/QC management system for corporate Head Office and project site

  • Coordinate quality inspections with all the Site Engineers, Sub Contractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate all materials and drawings formats to projects sites.
  • Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to Projects sites.
  • Insure that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes, standards, drawings and specs
  • Manage all the quality site processes with Technical and Site team.
  • Prepare and Provide documentation to Owner s Rep. for each activity approval.
  • Control all nonconformance reports and ensure to undertake remedial action.
  • Follow up and Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
  • Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.
  • Ensure that all technical documents relative to site quality control are update.
  • Follow up Company ISO rules / Certification for validation and update to latest versions
  • Civil Engineering Graduate.
  • 4 -7 Years of Experience.
  • Total quality control job role : 2 year minimum
  • Finish experience is a must
  • residential projects experience is preferable.
