Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform FAT, SAT (site testing), commissioning, and maintain the quality of LV panels and associated electrical systems.
  • Provide timely technical responses to client inquiries and issues.
  • Visit customer sites to diagnose and resolve electrical or mechanical issues related to LV panels, breakers, control circuits, and wiring.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Document all service activities, testing reports, and customer feedback systematically.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, QA/QC) to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC, ADDC, DEWA, FEWA, and other applicable regulatory and safety standards.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for service activities.
  • Assist in processing warranty claims, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the sales team with technical input during customer meetings or site visits when required.

Job Summary:

The QC / Testing Engineer for LV (Low Voltage) Panels is responsible for ensuring the quality, documentation, and technical support of LV panel systems during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). The role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely client support, effective problem resolution, and technical guidance during post-installation phases.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical
  • Holding a valid UAE driving license is a must.
