• Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability and performance are maintained.
• Provide thorough documentation of test processes and results to support release decisions.

• Continuously evaluate QA processes and implement improvements for enhanced software quality.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing results, defect analysis, and quality metrics for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in test planning, automation frameworks, and QA methodologies.
• Proven experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring or leading QA teams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is highly desirable.
