Roles & Responsibilities
Job Details :
- Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying with strong exposure to high-rise building projects
- Consultancy background is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of contract administration FIDIC conditions and cost management principles
- Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management software such as CCS Candy or similar is preferred
