You will work on prestigious airport development projects, providing full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management services.

Professionals with experience in the aviation sector particularly on the civil engineering and infrastructure aspects of airports are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervising the production of cost plans and estimates by your team
• Working to provide full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
• Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and measurement staff
• Performing value engineering and cost analysis
• Tender evaluation and preparation of award recommendations
• Preparing and presenting cost reports and cash flow forecasts to clients
• Administering contracts, ensuring compliance with client entitlements and contractual notices
• Preparing and reviewing contractor payment recommendations and variation assessments
• Leading final account negotiations
• Managing and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and measurement staff
