Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead cost estimation efforts for complex projects, ensuring accuracy from the design phase through to completion.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documents and evaluate bids, leveraging market insights to secure the best value for the project.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and costs, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective measures promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve issues and optimize project delivery while maintaining budgetary constraints.
  • Provide expert advice on contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal standards and project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying.
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
