We are currently recruiting an exciting role with Carolina Herrera and Purification Garcia. The role will cover around 15 stores across the regions including KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar.
We are looking for someone who is a strong negotiated and flexibly to travel, able to train and manage a team of VM s across the regions.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Regional Senior Visual Merchandiser as the brand warden is responsible for organising and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across the region. The Regional Senior Visual Merchandiser is also responsible for training; the Regional, Local and store based VM s, as well as ensuring consistency of standards.
• Communicates and manages the brand visual merchandising standards across the region.
• Receives brand seasonal VM guidelines and adapts to the region ensuring commercial, cultural, lineup and portfolio needs are met.
• Attends brand training and cascades learning to the Regional/ Local VM team trough workshops and continued mentoring.
• Supports the execution of external brand events ensuring brand sign off and adherence to budgets
• Collates reports from Regional/ Local VM including photographs commutating the implementation of new seasons collection, store opening, events etc. validates and reports back to the brand.
• Conducts regular store and market visits to coach the VM teams and check adherence to brand standards
• Facilitates timely installations of all seasonal campaigns in line with the brand global marketing and event calendar
• Attends and supports new market and store opening.
• Champions strong partnerships with all internal and brand teams.
• Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role.

Education
Certification in an Art or display discipline
Previous Experience
• 4 - years of Visual merchandising management and design experience, creating guidelines and overseeing a team is needed.
• Knowledge of the region is necessary
• Microsoft proficient, Photoshop and InDesign
