Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on residential, commercial, and administrative properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to effectively close sales deals.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required by management.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and optimize the sales pipeline.
