We are looking for a highly motivated, technical, and proven Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise to support the sale of Endgame s solutions and the growth of the Endgame brand in the Middle East. This role will be based in Dubai, and is designed to support sales and customer needs throughout the GCC region. About the Role
As an Endgame Sales Engineer you will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation of the sales process through the region, working in conjunction with Endgame s sales team and regional channel partners as the key technical advisor and evangelist for our solutions. You must have the ability to speak to, and build the trust of, technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving the sales process forward.
In addition, you will work with existing Endgame customers in the region in order to maintain their trust and confidence in the Endgame solution and support renewal sales. In this capacity you will:
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of Endgame's platform to potential customers
• Answer technical questions and provide consultative security and compliance expertise
• Act as product evangelist, working with various internal and external resources to stay up to date on Endgame's platform and services, as well as those of our competitors
• Bring customer feedback to appropriate internal teams for consideration in future product offerings
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and enhance sales materials
• Provide the first level of support for your prospects
• Approximately 50% of your time will be spent traveling
About You
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and disciplines

• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with at least 3 years working with endpoint products and solutions
• Previous experience as a security analyst is a plus
• Proven experience working with cyber security products such as network monitoring, malware detection, vulnerability management, and/or threat intelligence, but preferably endpoint security software
• Expertise with Windows desktop and server operating systems
• Proficiency with Linux/UNIX operating systems (RHEL and CentOS)
• Excellent working knowledge of networking
• Experience in development of responses to RFP s and other technical writing is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in a computer science related field or equivalent experience
