Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve new elevator installation targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and elevator technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Prospect and secure meetings with developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring profitability.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness.
- Submit tenders, review drawings, and manage project schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE market.
- Prior experience with MNCs like Schindler, Kone, Otis, TKE, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Fuji.
- Strong client contacts and UAE Driving License.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
