Handle and Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit the customers
• Achieve the monthly Personal set sales target.
• Assure effective implementation of the Selling process, while utilizing all company s available resources.
• Keep clients record for potential sales leads- Propose ideas for retaining/gaining customers: events, presentations, business meetings
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Appraise property values and Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male and Female
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Working experience in real estate sales
• Experience preferred in 5th settlement .
• Excellent Communication skill
• Ability to take responsibilities
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to develop & maintain good client relations
