Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead advertising and sponsorship sales across What s On Abu Dhabi s multi-platform portfolio.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Build and manage relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, and tourism sectors.

Create tailored media and content solutions that meet client marketing objectives.

Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated brand campaigns.

Track performance, manage renewals, and ensure client satisfaction for long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of proven success in media sales, advertising, or business development, ideally within lifestyle, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.

Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.

Excellent client servicing and relationship management abilities.

Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and meeting revenue goals.

Deep understanding of the UAE market and advertising ecosystem.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to spot and act on new opportunities.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Valid UAE driving license required.
