Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a highly customer-facing role, with significant time spent meeting clients and prospects, pitching solutions, qualifying tenders, and overseeing responses. You ll identify and unlock opportunities across departments clients may not initially consider, crafting value-driven proposals and leading commercial negotiations through to contract signature. Supported by Qvest s experienced practices of technical and delivery experts, you ll own the sale and ensure delivery excellence, acting as a true account director across multiple clients.
Success requires a strong grasp of digital transformation drivers including Cloud, IP (SMPTE 2110), and AI, along with the ability to translate strategic advisory into commercial wins. Ultimately, you ll drive revenue growth by securing new transformational engagements, expanding enterprise relationships, and delivering end-to-end outcomes with precision and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Hunting
- Drive account acquisitions with targeted sales plays and executive engagement
- Open new logos and secure transformational programs through strategic outreach and sponsorship
- Account Ownership & Expansion
- Own the full sales lifecycle: qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and post-sale governance
- Cross-sell Qvest s full portfolio; consulting, AV, SI, managed services, etc across client departments
- Act as lead client executive, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term satisfaction.
- Executive Engagement & Value Creation
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CMO).
- Convert strategic advisory into commercial roadmaps, MSAs, and multi-year agreements
- Deliver board-level presentations with quantified value and ROI
- Deal Execution & Commercial Discipline
- Lead pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiation with full commercial ownership
- Qualify tenders and RFPs, oversee responses, and coordinate internal input
- Maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce and report to steering committee
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with Principals and Practice Leads to shape differentiated offerings
- Leverage Qvest s internal expertise while owning the client relationship and outcomes

- Annual quota attainment for new logos and strategic renewals
- Revenue growth and cross-sell penetration within top accounts
- Deal size uplift and increased multi-year contracted revenue (MSA and managed services).
- Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
- Customer satisfaction and renewal rates for owned accounts
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have profile
- 5+ years sales or business development with demonstrable C level engagement and deal closures
- Substantial experience selling digital transformation, cloud solutions, IP-based architectures and AI-enabled initiatives
- Proven track record of cross-selling complex portfolios including professional services, AV/SI and managed digital services
- Strong commercial skills with hands-on experience in pricing, deal structuring and contract negotiation
- Comfortable with tender/RFP processes and coordinating comprehensive proposal responses
- Excellent executive presentation skills; confident engaging board and steering committees
- Fluent English; Arabic is desirable and other languages advantageous
- High travel readiness across the MENA/KSA region; predominantly customer facing
