Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and publish frozen maintenance schedules for assigned work centres as appropriate in accordance with requirements, conditions of service and the objectives of the operational areas in consultation with stakeholders such as supervisors, planners and operations and in line with the educational background, adaptability and the experience of the candidate.
Ensure resource assignments for tasks done with the appropriate skill matrix (as defined in Scheduling tool constraints). Ensure effective nesting opportunities at multi-work centre level assigned tasks.
Ensure the minimal number of high-priority WOs in forward weeks (W2, W3, W4). Adhere to a balanced distribution of OT hours among resources as stipulated by management on a need basis.
Follow all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Desired Candidate Profile
Overall 10+ years of industrial experience is preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance planning, scheduling or execution of Utilities or Oil and gas industry.
Experience in high-volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources in EAM systems preferred.
Strong skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI dashboard) preferred.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and EAM platforms is an added advantage.
