Role Overview

As an SEO and AI Specialist at Sandstorm Digital, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that integrate AI-driven tools and techniques. Your role will involve optimizing clients websites to improve search rankings, driving organic traffic, and using AI to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SEO practices. You ll work closely with our content, technical, and creative teams to ensure our strategies are data-driven and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to clients needs, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to automate and enhance SEO processes, including content optimization, keyword research, and performance analysis.
• Manage GenAI client consultations, including gathering client requirements and translating them into custom generative AI prompt models that successfully serve specific client needs.
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize existing content for better search engine rankings.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using AI-driven analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Technical SEO: Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented, including site architecture, URL structure, and page speed optimization.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and AI-enhanced for maximum relevance and engagement.
• Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEO and AI, ensuring our strategies are always at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications

As an SEO and AI Specialist at Sandstorm Digital, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that integrate AI-driven tools and techniques. Your role will involve optimizing clients websites to improve search rankings, driving organic traffic, and using AI to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SEO practices. You ll work closely with our content, technical, and creative teams to ensure our strategies are data-driven and deliver measurable results.

• Advanced Generative AI Understanding: This position requires advanced understanding of all aspects of enterprise ecommerce SEO, familiarity with generative AI, and the ability to leverage technology and processes to drive operational efficiency and value.
• Bachelor s Degree: In Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on AI integration.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), AI-driven SEO platforms, and data analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in digital marketing, particularly in SEO.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
