Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the architectural design and construction activities on-site.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.

Ensure construction work complies with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.

Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on site activities.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Manage and mentor junior staff and site personnel.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of architectural materials and components.

Implement best practices for safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in site architecture in UAE.

Proven experience working on large-scale projects in the UAE or similar markets, including residential developments, commercial complexes, malls, or comparable high-value projects.

Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and local building codes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and project management software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Professional engineering license or certification.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Familiarity with Dubai s regulatory environment and construction standards.
