Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, Develop, and Maintain: Create and maintain software solutions using K2 Business Process Management System (BPMS), ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.


Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.


Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure K2 BPMS workflows and forms to align with business processes.


Technical Development: Develop and maintain custom modules, interfaces, and reports using K2 BPMS and related technologies.


Integration: Integrate K2 BPMS with third-party systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.


Secure Coding: Implement and enforce secure coding practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.


Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.


Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.


Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and adhere to coding standards.

Desired Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, including full-stack development and integration.


Strong experience with K2 BPMS and related technologies.


Proficient in business analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.


Strong technical skills, including experience in secure coding practices and the ability to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.


Experience with integration technologies and tools, database management and SQL, version control systems like Git.


Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).


Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
