What you work with on a daily basis:

• Performing demonstration sessions of our solutions to partners and customers to win business.
• Examining and responding to tenders and preparing the technical part (response) to the offer.
• Hands-on and technical assistance in connection with preparation and setting up of exhibitions, events, customer meetings, etc.
• Proactively managing your activities together with the local Key Account Managers, Channel Business Managers and Inside Channel Manager to address the business.
• Providing comprehensive solution design and detailed studies for various projects to ensure optimal implementation and integration of Milestone products.
• Creating and delivering engaging presentations about Milestone products to educate potential clients and support the sales team in effectively promoting and selling Milestone solutions.
• Offering professional services, including detailed execution plans and system health checks, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Milestone products in client environments.
• Educating partners and end users about Milestone products to ensure they have a thorough understanding and can effectively utilize the solutions.
• Ensuring the optimal delivery of Milestone solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
• Contributing to continuous product training and conducting workshops for partners, end users, and consultants to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Milestone products.
• Providing and selecting, with the support of the Community Manager, technology partner solutions to complement Milestone solutions and deliver comprehensive security and beyond security solutions.

What you bring to the team:

• Minimum 10 years experience in an IT Engineering role, having worked with a 2-tier channel (distributors and integrators) is a plus.
• The ability to convey technical knowledge to a technical and non-technical audience.
• Enjoys working with software, hardware, and the latest technologies.
• Extensive experience in IT, including deploying physical and virtual environments, along with network and storage configuration.
• Arabic Speaker.
