Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the private spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, supervise, train, and motivate a team of six spa professionals, including therapists and reception staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for family members and VIP guests, ensuring a warm and personalised experience.
  • Confidently operate and manage spa and wellness technologies, including:
  • Cryo Room
  • Light Therapy Machines
  • Oxygen Room and Laser Machines
  • Schedule appointments, manage rosters, and coordinate treatment bookings.
  • Monitor and control inventory of spa products and supplies.
  • Maintain and enforce spa policies, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Handle client feedback or service issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support with special events, promotions, and wellness activities as required.
  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are always upheld.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of spa experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience within luxury hospitality, wellness, or private household environments.
  • Confident and skilled in operating advanced spa and wellness equipment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour.
