Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for programs and projects.
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation teams.
- Analyze program and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
- Document workflows, procedures, and business processes accurately.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams to implement changes and best practices.
- Support program managers in stakeholder communications, workshops, and alignment sessions.
- Assist in ensuring program deliverables align with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records for governance, compliance, and audit purposes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Support risk identification and mitigation related to program performance and data.
- Maintain compliance with data ethics, cybersecurity, and AI governance policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or program support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience or exposure in Government, Education, or SOE sectors.
- Familiarity with AI, digital transformation programs, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and KPI-driven performance tracking.
