Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take a leadership role in ERP implementation projects while handling the entire project lifecycle and ensuring project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to identify functional gaps, gather and analyze business requirements and processes, define areas for improvement and recommend suitable ERP financial solutions.
  • Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations based on business requirements and ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and organizational goals.
  • Configure and test the application as per business requirement.
  • Develop data migration initiatives and check data cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure seamless integration and accuracy during the transition from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and system configuration documents.
  • Generate reports and analytics to assess the system's performance and provide insights into continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and advancements in ERP financial modules.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization, process automation, and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP implementations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Oracle certificate in concerned Oracle certification EPM modules is highly desired
  • English and Arabic Skills
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

Nature of Experience

  1. Planning Modules
    1. Financials Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, expense and revenue planning.
    2. Workforce Headcount and compensation planning.
    3. Capital Planning for capital assets and long-term investments.
    4. Projects Project-based financial planning and resource alignment.
    5. Strategic Modeling Long-term forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
  2. FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service) Automates financial consolidation and reporting.
  3. ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Streamlines and automates account reconciliation processes.
  4. EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) Manages master data across applications.
  5. PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) Allocates costs and analyzes profitability.
  6. Narrative Reporting - EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service) Collaborative reporting and disclosure management.
  7. TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) Manages tax provisioning and reporting.
  8. Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations.
  9. REST APIs, WebLogic, and automation scripting
  10. Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  11. Knowledge of Fusion Modules includes Oracle Financials / Supply Chain / HRMS modules.
  12. PL/SQL, Java, XML
  13. JDeveloper, ADF, Application Composer
  14. BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View
  15. Having knowledge of Fusion Modules includes Oracle Financials / Supply Chain / HRMS modules.
  16. Experience of identifying functional gaps and providing solutions.
  17. Configure and test the application as per business requirement.
  18. Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams.
  19. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
