Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation initiatives, from initial assessment to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to drive impactful change.
- Conduct thorough process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, to improve operational effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the transformation lifecycle, ensuring project success.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in transformation methodologies, proactively seeking innovation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to support change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years relevant experience in project/program management, transformation or change management roles in a major organization.
- At least 3 years of Hands-on experience in a PMO function overseeing & driving strategic initiatives.
- Lead the planning and development of large-scale transformation programs and projects in line with business needs and leadership expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, RACI matrix, and governance structures to support efficient delivery of initiatives and programs.
