Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from contract award through execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
- Draft, review, and administer procurement contracts, framework agreements, amendments and all of the contract types in line with approved templates and policies.
- Ensure contractual terms align with procurement strategies, commercial objectives, and risk management requirements.
- If Required, Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate and complete contract records within the contract management system.
- If Required, support dispute resolution, claims management, and contract interpretation.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements.
- Work closely with Buyers, legal team , end users, suppliers and different stakeholders to get the contract done.
- Regularly review, update, and enhance contract templates to reflect changes in legislation, organizational policies, risk appetite, and market best practices.
Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations,within the UAE or GCC region.
